Important Update – Munro Veterinary Supplies Joins the Veenak Veterinary Family

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that Munro Veterinary Supplies has been acquired by Veenak Veterinary Supplies (VVS) — a respected and well-established veterinary wholesaler with over 10 years of experience serving practices across the UK. Veenak’s commitment to service, reliability, and product range makes them a natural fit for our valued customers.

What this means for you:

• Customer Registration: All Munro customers will need to register directly with VVS to continue placing orders.
• Ordering from 1st July 2025: Please begin placing your orders via VVS from this date. We will assist with transitioning any outstanding orders in July, but after this period, placing orders through Munro may lead to delays or disruption.
• Delivery Terms: VVS offers next-day delivery as standard for orders placed before 4pm. Delivery is free on orders over £50; a £9 charge applies to orders below this threshold.
• Expanded Product Range: In addition to the products, you’re familiar with, VVS offers a significantly broader portfolio, allowing you to make a substantive saving across a wider range of products.

For regulatory purposes, all practices must register on VVS’s ordering portal.
